XBAP IOException: Cannot locate resource file.xaml

• i have been using TFS and its better to take the latest and create a new solution wihout attaching TFS and try to publish
  

• If your project is under source control, your .csproj or .vbproj needs to be checked out

• You need to delete previously published files
